‘Tis the season to eat all the festive eats and drink all the festive drinks, are we right?
We’ve already tried a LOT of the holiday drinks at Starbucks throughout Disney Parks, but we saw one returning item that we just HAD to try out today at Starbucks at Disney Springs Marketplace!
Back in the summer, we saw the Melted Snowman on the menu at Starbucks, and the mention of a cake pop certainly had us intrigued. Well, that drink has returned!
The Melted Snowman is a vanilla bean frappuccino with a Cake Pop BLENDED IN topped with mocha and caramel drizzle. That’s right, the cake pop is INSIDE THE frappuccino. Apparently, this is all the rage on Tik Tok, but that doesn’t necessarily make for a good drink, right?
However, we’re happy to report that the cake pop actually adds in a nice bit of texture, and we loved the sips that gave us pieces of cake and frosting. YUM. The caramel drizzle was also particularly good, especially when we mixed it into the rest of the drink. In fact, we would have totally loved more caramel flavor.
Although we did like this drink, we still prefer the Sleighin’ Snowman more that we previously ordered from here — we just feel like holiday drinks should have peppermint in them! The Melted Snowman costs $9.10 total (and that includes an extra charge for the cake pop).
This location always has some fun limited-time drinks, though, and we can’t wait to see what they come up with next. And we’ll be there to try everything out!
