PSST: Did You Know You Can Buy Individual Macarons at Disney World?!

Let’s be honest: more often than not, when those sweet cravings hit at Disney World, we go BANANAS for over-the-top ice cream sundaes, colossal ice cream sandwiches, and Boston Cream Pie Donuts the size of…Boston. But sometimes — just sometimes! — all we want is a lil’ treat!

While roving around EPCOT, we found the PERFECT solution for those dainty cravings in the form of a macaron surprise!

Our love for Disney macarons is LEGIT. No matter the season, the flavor, the filling (ice cream!), or the price, we can’t get enough of these cute French confections!

One of our fav spots for macarons, of course, is EPCOT’s France Pavilion, where we typically flock to Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie to stock up on macaron collections — like we said, more often than not, we go BIG with desserts.

But if all you want is a one- or two-biter, especially after a day spent feasting on other sweet treats at the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, all you really need is a single macaron, right?!

We discovered that you can actually buy single petit macarons on their own! You know, without having to commit to a whole pack!

We went with the orange-hazelnut macaron, but for $1.40 each, you can also choose from current flavors like pumpkin, chocolate, and strawberry! Just be sure to check what’s available when you’re there.

There’s some SERIOUS savings to be had here people, on top of the sheer convenience!

If you hop next door to Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie to get the Macarons Collection, that would set you back a whole $11.50! And that might be just the thing you want if you’re looking to try those different flavors and maybe share it with some friends.

But, if you just want to get specific flavors or just get 1 macaron, L’Artisan is your best bet!

Let’s say you just want ALL chocolate macarons (just be sure to check that L’Artisan has them available). You could get 6 macarons (the same number that’s included in the macarons collection at Les Halles) of ALL chocolate macarons (the only flavor you want, rather than getting a whole collection of flavors you might not be looking for) for just $8.40 (plus tax). That’s a savings of just over $3 and you could get just the flavors you’re looking for. WIN, WIN!
