It’s been two years since Disney World reopened, but there are still several things that haven’t returned to the park.

However, we’re seeing many of those things finally returning just over the last few months, from the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue to Victoria & Albert’s Restaurant to Minnie Vans. Now, ANOTHER popular thing has officially reopened in Disney World: the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique!

The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a special salon for kids (ages 3 to 12) where they can go and get princess — and prince — makeovers. The Fairy Godmother’s Apprentices (Cast Members) will pamper kids with a variety of beauty services, including hair, make-up, costumes, and more.

This spot wasn’t supposed to open until (August 25th), but opened a day early in Magic Kingdom. It held Cast Member previews for a while before opening, but now visitors are welcome to head inside for makeovers.

Generally, Disney recommends making a reservation at this spot, since availability can fill up quickly. However, on the first day of opening, the Boutique was accepting walk-up appointments, with a sign outside to let people know. If you want to visit in the future, head to Disney World’s website to make reservations.

You’ll need to plan at least 30 minutes to an hour for the visit. Note that you must have a valid Disney World ticket and park pass reservation for Magic Kingdom.

The only Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique location to reopen so far has been the one in Magic Kingdom. The other locations — in Disney Springs and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort — aren’t open yet, and Disney hasn’t said yet when they will reopen.
