Listen, we all know that weβre going to spend probably way too much money on our Disney World vacations. Itβs simply a fact of life.

The price of food is a little higher, we get tempted to skip the line and buy Lightning Lanes, and there are just SO many irresistible souvenirs. But thereβs one new souvenir in EPCOT that weβre not having a hard time resistingβ¦mostly because our accountants would have a riot if we actually purchased it.
A while back, EPCOT released a very fancy, very priceyΒ $99,000Β Spaceship Earth Beacon of Magic Statue.Β It was made with more than 150,000 crystals and each of the 40 that were made took 681 hours to produce. For a short while, you could find the statue in the Germany Pavilion inside Kunstarbeit in Kristall.

But maybe youβre like us and that price tag was just a little too steep for you. Donβt worry, now EPCOT has the MUCH more affordable Clear Crystal SpaceshipΒ Earth. Itβs onlyΒ $79,000. Totally doable. π

It comes with its own certificate of authenticity and itβs made with over 122,000 crystal pieces. It took 459 hours to complete. (Is that ALL?!) Arribas Brothers only made 150 of this swanky souvenir, so if youβre into collecting, you could shell out what is essentially the cost of a downpayment on a home to get one.

So if you have that five dollar sign Disney World budget, we found your perfect keepsake! But if you donβt have the cash, donβt worry β you can do like the rest of us and fog up the display glass while we stare at the statue in awe. π
