Bringing the right bag to Disney World is CRUCIAL.
And no, we’re not exaggerating. Sometimes you need a lot of different things in Disney World, and you need the right bag to hold all of them. It can’t be too big, and you don’t want a small bag bulging with things either. We talk often about the bags you want to bring to Disney World, but these are the ones we 100% are telling you to AVOID!
When you’re choosing what bags to bring to Disney World, do NOT under any circumstances choose a bag that doesn’t zip closed. No totes in Disney World, y’all! Even if it has 14 snaps or clasps, they WILL come undone as you walk, or on a ride, and your stuff will fall out everywhere. It’s happened to one of our team members, so it really can happen to anyone!
Zippered bags are the only closures that you can guarantee will stay closed as you make your way around the park (unless it’s an old bag and the zipper is splitting apart — that case, don’t use that one either), and the last thing you want is for your bag to somehow open on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and your stuff goes FLYING onto the track below. Or for your bag to topple over at security or in the monorail and your stuff to spill everywhere!
So what zippered bags do we recommend? Well, classic Loungeflys are a favorite of ours! There are so many different bags themed to everything Disney, you’re sure to find one you love and/or will match your park outfit.
We have a whole page of Loungefly bags and wallets on our Amazon Storefront that are all great choices for your next visit.
There are over 50 Loungefly bags on this list that range in prices, and Amazon has deals ALL the time. There’s something for everyone!

If you do bring a drawstring or non-zippered bag to Disney World, keep a VERY close eye on your things, especially as you get on rides. If you can, hold the top of your bag closed so there’s no unfortunate accidents.
