Who’s up for a game of Hide and Seek at the 2024 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival? Actually, wait. Let me try that again… Who’s up for a game of Hide and SQUEAK?!

The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is here!

I sure hope you are, because the Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak scavenger hunt is BACK for the run of the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival (which is ON as of today through November 23rd, 2024)! This family-friendly activity is a great way to add in some extra fun as you make your way around the park to snack and sip at the Festival’s Marketplace Food Booths. (OH, and you can win a prize, while you’re at it!) We’re here to show you how it’s done with our Complete Guide to Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak!

So, what are we up to? We’re searching for RATS (in the form of statuettes) around World Showcase. The rat in question is none other than the Food and Wine Festival’s mascot, Remy from Ratatouille. (But, of course!) And don’t worry… should you choose to search for Remy during your own Food and Wine Festival adventures, you’ll start your journey with a helpful tool that provides hints for where you should look.

To begin, purchase a Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak scavenger hunt from one of the following locations:

Disney Traders (on the World Showcase Promenade)
Port of Entry (on the World Showcase Promenade)
Creations Shop
World Traveler at International Gateway
Festival Merchandise Kiosks

The price is $9.99. You’ll see that the map gives you an idea of locations where you can specifically search for Remy.

The map comes with a page of stickers that you’ll use to mark your progress as you complete the scavenger hunt. Each sticker coincides with a Remy statue hiding in World Showcase. Once you find a statue, just place the sticker that matches that statue on the map in the corresponding location.

If you don’t buy the map, it’s still fun to keep an eye out for the Remy statuettes around World Showcase! They’re themed to their location for a bit of extra Food and Wine Festival flair! That said, if you forego the purchase of a map, you will not be eligible to collect a prize after you complete the scavenger hunt.

Okay, that’s the scoop to start. So, once you’ve got your map, it’s time to search for Remy… or make that Remys! Remy is hiding in 14 locations around World Showcase. When you spot a statue, you’ll put the correlating sticker on the correct location on your map. Here’s an example of what you’re looking for:

Now that you’re finished, you’ll bring your completed map back to Creations Shop, Disney Traders, or World Traveler at International Gateway. There, you can pick up your prize!

This year’s prize is a fun bowl! You get your choice of one bowl for every complete map you turn in.
