Disney World can be an escape for all of us — and sometimes that means doing a few extra things that make us feel a bit fancier. We’ve eaten at several restaurants around Disney World that give us a classy, upscale vibe, but none quite as exclusive as dining at the Four Seasons.
We recently stopped by Ravello at the Four Seasons Orlando to see if it was the best way to start out our day at Disney World, and now we’re bringing you our FULL review. Is it worthy of a stop a little bit out of the way on your next trip? Find out here!
Atmosphere
Good tRavello is one of several restaurants offered within the Four Seasons Orlando Hotel. It requires a reservation in advance. This sophisticated restaurant offers a modern take on fine Italian cuisine within a luxurious setting.
But even in this sleek setting, Disney characters occasionally get in on the fun in the mornings at the “Good Morning Breakfast with Goofy and His Pals” buffet breakfast, which takes place on Thursday and Saturday mornings, as well as select Tuesdays. And when Goofy and his pals aren’t visiting for breakfast, the menu features a la carte selections in addition to the buffet. Additionally, Ravello is also open in the evening for dinner; however, for this review, we wanted to experience what all the fuss was about during breakfast and how it would set the tone for our day at Disney World.
But enough about the restaurant — what’s on the menu here?!
Menu
As we mentioned before, the menu here offers buffet and entree options. The breakfast buffet for adults starts at $45, and children aged 3-9 are $25. You’ll also have several entrée options to choose from, including Chef’s Selections…

And now, onto the main event — the food!
Eats
First up, we had to spring for the Breakfast Buffet, which will run you $45. This is made up of about every breakfast station you could hope for. From stations filled with fresh fruit and pastries to an avocado toast station and made-to-order omelets and so much more, there are so many options to serve the whole family. The omelet station even had a specialty omelet of the day, which was Caprese Omelet, when we visited. We saw items from salads, bacon, sausage, eggs, cereals, and pancakes, along with plenty of sauces and condiments and even fresh honeycomb.
On our plate, we piled on an apple pastry, mango parfait, scrambled eggs, bacon, and potato wedges. The mango parfait was smooth and delicious, with chunks of mangoes in it with a cinnamon glaze on top, which took it to the next level.
The potato wedges were crispy on the outside, and that perfect texture in the middle was covered in a delicious seasoning.
We’re pretty picky about our bacon and scrambled eggs, but we were so blown away! The scrambled eggs were not oily or buttery but almost melted in your mouth. They were creamy and gooey, mixed with a bit of cheddar cheese. We had no idea that buffet scrambled eggs could be so good!
For the bacon, there was a variety of different options from crispy to less, and we love our bacon nice and crispy. We appreciated having options for everything, and it was exactly how we liked it.
We also grabbed the Dolce Latte French Toast for $24. This dish is made of Thick Cut Brioche, Milk, Strawberries, Blueberries, Kiwi, and Passion Fruit Whipped Cream. Because we also got the buffet, our added-on dish was only $10!
We’ve tried some pretty memorable French toast in our lives, and this was one of them. It was fluffy, buttered, and toasted. It was light and not too crunchy or soggy, and the fresh fruit complemented it perfectly. For the add-on being only $10, this feels like a hidden perk!
Nosh or Not
This restaurant is a must-visit if…
- You love a good breakfast buffet
- You are looking for a casual breakfast but with an elevated experience
- You’re a lover of delicious foods, and getting to pick a variety
You should skip this spot if…
- You prefer a lower-cost option
- You don’t like buffets and prefer a plated breakfast
- You aren’t staying at the Four Seasons Orlando, or wanting to travel to the hotel
Overall
We’ve eaten at a lot of breakfast buffets, but very few have blown us away. The breakfast here was phenomenal! We loved the variety of options and getting to pick all of the items ourselves, as well as having the choice to add on a dish. Every item we had was cooked to perfection, and while this might not be the buffet we visit as frequently due to the price when we want an elevated experience, we’re coming straight here.
In the meantime, we’ll be on the lookout for more restaurant updates from Disney World and beyond. Make sure you stay tuned to the Disney Food Blog for the latest Disney news and more!
