EPCOT’s France Pavilion is known for having some pretty darn good eats.
Chefs de France and Monsieur Paul bring in that fancy table service experience, while La Crêperie de Paris offers a more casual French dining atmosphere. But what really shines here is the list of snacks! So we’ve rounded up some of the treats you can ONLY order in the France Pavilion in Disney World.
Croque Glace
We’re starting things out over at L’Artisan des Glaces, which is the France Pavilion’s hand-scooped ice cream shop. It’s a must-try for us, and one of their treats on the menu is the Croque Glace, which is ice cream pressed inside of Brioche.
You get your choice of ice cream flavor as well as one sauce, served inside a Brioche and pressed warm. Doesn’t that sound heavenly? We assure you that it is. Get it on your next visit for $10.95.
Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich
If bread and ice cream isn’t your thing, you can go for their other ice cream sandwich treat at L’Artisan, the Macaron Ice Cream Sandwich. It’s exactly what it sounds like — ice cream served sandwiched between two large macarons.
They offer a year-round chocolate flavor, as well as another option that rotates seasonally. We really love when they roll out the pumpkin spice flavor in the fall! You can order this one for $8.95.
Quiche Lorraine
Heading next door to Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, we’ve got to talk about the Quiche Lorraine. It’s made with ham, gruyere, and egg, and it’s SO simple, yet SO delicious.
It has that soft shell, fluffy egg, and delicious cheesy center that we love, and it’s the perfect portion for a little breakfast snackie. Grab it during your next visit for $7.25.
Whole Baguette
One of the absolute best things about the France Pavilion is that here, you can buy a WHOLE baguette for a snack. Yep, just one giant loaf of bread!
This is also available at Les Halles, and it’s $4.95 for a full baguette or $2.95 for half. They offer butter at the restaurant, but you could just stuff this bad boy in your bag and snack on it as you wander through the World Showcase, perfectly content.
Pain Lard Fromage
One of the most underrated, unique treats at Les Halles is the Pain Lard Fromage, otherwise known as the bacon and cheese roll! This bread roll is sliced down the middle and stuffed with cheese, then toasted with cheese and bacon on top. It is a DELIGHT.
It’s available for $8.25 and shareable enough for a snack, or a good price for a breakfast item for one person.
Ratatouille Galette
In the back of the France Pavilion, you’ll find Crêpes a Emporter, which is the quick service attached to La Crêperie de Paris. This spot is home to some fun flavors, but perhaps the most interesting is the Ratatouille Galette.
It’s filled with tomatoes, zucchini, and eggplant, so it’s a great choice if you’re in need of some veggies during a deep-fried food-filled vacation. Order it for $10.25.
Lobster Bisque in a Bread Bowl
When you’re in the mood for something warm and cozy, look no further than the Lobster Bisque at Les Halles, which you can order in a BREAD BOWL. Yep, you can enjoy the creamy, rich tomato-based soup and then eat the soft bread of the bowl it was served in once you’re done.
The best part about this is that it’s only $7.95, which is cheaper than many kids’ meals around Disney World. Seriously, those Les Halles prices are the BEST.
Grand Marnier Slush
Over at Les Vins des Chefs de France, you’ll find the only beverage on our list — the very popular Grand Marnier Slush! It’s officially called the Le Geant Slush, and you can snag it for $21.95.
You have the option of getting it with a Grand Marnier or Grey Goose Citron Shot. Its fans praise it for being a refreshing way to drink your way “around the world” during those hot summer months.
During EPCOT Festivals
And finally, what about during EPCOT festivals? Well, good news — France is often known to have some really stellar eats during the festivals! We’ve had everything from duck confit to escargots to cheesy bread dishes here during festivals.
So if you’re planning to eat around the park during a festival, don’t skip out on France!
The France Pavilion is a MUST-visit spot when you’re strolling through EPCOT…their eats are tres magnifique!
