Ah, EPCOT, you’re full of so many different exciting attractions, dining experiences, and so much more!
Germany Pavilion
One of the most popular spots in the whole park is World Showcase, which is full of eleven different pavilions representing countries from all over the world. Since we’re in the parks every day, we see some pretty strange things, especially in EPCOT since Drinking Around The World is one of the most popular offerings in the park. However, we’ve noticed something interesting in the Germany Pavilion that seems to be a new trend!
In Germany, just like the other countries in World Showcase, there are tons of different merchandise items available for you to peruse. Some of them are more Disney-centered, while others are more themed to the country itself. In Germany, one of the most expensive and well-known souvenirs you can find are the steins.

We’ve seen some EPCOT-themed steins, as well intricately themed ones for holidays, but one thing is alway for sure — they cost a pretty penny.
Santa Claus Stein
Something we’ve seen recently is that people have been buying steins in the Germany Pavilion, then using them to drink around the world through all the pavilions! But instead of pouring their drinks into the stein, they instead put their cup INSIDE the stein so they don’t get dirty, which is pretty smart.
More Steins!
This is a great way to use your souvenir before you even get home, which is smart! If you know you’ll also use it at home or display it prominently, then it’s a great way to spend that souvenir money. I’ve seen a lot of hacks in Disney World, and this one’s one of the smartest I’ve seen!
