You know that one restaurant you’ve always wanted to try, but hesitated because you just couldn’t quite gauge how good it is (or isn’t). For many of us, that might be somewhere around Disney World that feels a bit fancier. But we’re here to set the record straight about the prices, the menu, and everything you’re going to love about it in between!

Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill
We recently stopped by Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Disney Springs to scope out the menu offerings and give some menu items a try, and now we’re bringing you our FULL review. Is it worth a stop on your next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth? Find out here!
Atmosphere

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill
Wolfgang Puck has a long history with Disney World, with the former Wolfgang Puck Cafe and Dining Room, which was located on the West Side of Disney Springs, but that doesn’t mean they haven’t changed a bit! Today, they operate as Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, which introduced a new concept to “modernize the traditional bar and grill” while featuring many of Chef Puck’s signature dishes and handcrafted specialty cocktails.

Eats
First up, we grabbed the Bruschetta for $16.This is made with Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes, Stracciatella Cheese, and Pesto.

Brushetta
First of all, after just one bite of this dish, how are we not shouting about this place from the rooftop?! The Bruschetta really set the stage for what was to come — it was incredible! The tomatoes in these pieces of bread are super fresh, to the point where you can easily see the condensation drops on them. The bread is lightly toasted, and the stracciatella cheese is creamy in all the right ways.

A bite of the bread
It tastes kind of like churned-up cheese curds, which are great. It’s still got that kind of squeakiness to the bite whenever you get a good chunk of it, but it’s also got like a thicker chunkier consistency, almost like a cottage cheese, but it’s so good. The basil pesto, though, is what really sent me over the edge with this one, and I was petrified it was gonna be something that I didn’t like or would overpower the entire bite, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I truly loved it.

Other side of the dish
Oh, and the balsamic vinegar drizzled on top of it gave it a nice extra herby flavor, so you can taste all the individual flavors, but whenever you get them all together, it is like a symphony in your mouth.
First up, we grabbed the Traditional Fettuccine Alfredo for $23. This is made with Roasted Chicken and Parmesan.

Traditional Fettuccini Alfredo
I know a good Fettuccine Alfredo when I get it, and this is one of the best I’ve ever tasted at Disney World. The only way you would convince me this was better is if it had a protein shrimp, chicken, you know, whatever it happens to be.

So creamy
It’s warm, light, creamy, lots of nice cheese, and even quite a bit of spinach, cooked throughout it, and it looks like it’s just kind of tossed in with the noodles and the sauce. The noodles are cooked just right, and the cuts of cheese are almost lightly toasted and have a faint garlicky taste to them.

One of my favorites
Its great taste made it way too easy to keep digging right into it, and before I realized it, the dish was almost completely gone. This could easily be a solid choice for someone who’s a picky eater or just a paster lover in general.
First up, we grabbed the Giant Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie for $12. I know what you’re thinking, “that’s expensive for a cookie dessert,” because I said the same thing.

Do they take walk-ins ?
We’ve always said it feels like a hidden gem! Everything we’ve ever had there has been excellent. And if they aren’t too busy, they just might let you to go to the pizza station and make their own pizza! We always ask when we eat there. Our son has done it many times over the years and it’s his favorite thing to do!
We try to eat here every time we are in Disney. The bruschetta is the best, I mean the best, we have ever had. It’s never crowded, easy to get a reservation and the food is just excellent. I don’t know why it’s not more popular. I hope it never closes. We absolutely love it here.
