It’s time to check out what’s new at the Italy booth at the 2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival!
The 2025 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival has officially opened, and it has a LOT to offer. There are plenty of food booths with tasty items, merchandise items to grab (of course), and even concerts to watch. But don’t let it overwhelm you; we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know. And now we’re heading to the Italy booth to give you the FULL scoop! Is it worth a try? Let’s find out!
Menu
This year, Italy’s food menu is ALL NEW!
On the menu is: Bacetti ‘Kisses’ di Pizza, Traditional Napoli Street Food which is pizza dough, pepperoni, mozzarella, and tomato sauce, Tortellini alla Vodka made with four-cheese tortellini, vodka sauce, parmesan, and calabrian chili oil, and for dessert you’ll find Chocolate Spuma, which is chocolate mousse, caramel sauce, espresso whipped cream, and puffed rice.
Most of the drinks are returning regulars, including a variety of wines, sangria, an Italian-inspired Blood Orange Margarita, and one new beer — Sorsi d’Oro ‘Sips of Gold’ Italian Pilsner.
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
Eats
First up, we ordered the Bacetti ‘Kisses’ di Pizza, Traditional Napoli Street Food. This is pizza dough, pepperoni, mozzarella, and tomato sauce for $8.75. Okay, the pizza dough in this is WAY too thick — and a little hard. However, as a whole, it has a good savory flavor. It really feels like a pizza, too, so we’re thinking kids are going to like it. The sauce is good, but nothing special.
Next, we tried the Tortellini alla Vodka, made with four-cheese tortellini, vodka sauce, parmesan, and calabrian chili oil for $8. Okay, we’ve got some bad news about this one because the pasta just wasn’t good to us at all. It’s not cooked properly (the pasta had a strange texture that was a bit overcooked), and it’s essentially like the store-bought tortellini you can find in the grocery store. The sauce is a little different from the pizza sauce in that it’s lighter, but again, it’s nothing to write home about.
And finally, the booth’s sweet dish is Chocolate Spuma, made with chocolate mousse, caramel sauce, espresso whipped cream, and puffed rice for $5.75. It’s basically chocolate mousse, and that’s all it really is. It has a rich chocolate flavor plus it’s very smooth.
It’s fine, but again, it’s nothing memorable.
Drinks
There’s one new drink on the menu at Italy this year — Sorsi d’Oro ‘Sips of Gold’ Italian Pilsner, available in 60z and 12 oz pours for $7.50 and $12.50.
The Prosecco, Moscato, Chianti, and Red Sangria are all returners from previous festivals and options you can get year-round from the Italy dining options. We grabbed the Red Sangria, which comes frozen. That’s a bonus in our book! It’s not super strong and it’s very fruity…in fact, it sorta tastes like fruit juice. Again, though, it’s nothing incredible, but it’s refreshing.
You’ll also find the Italian-inspired Blood Orange Margarita for $12. This cocktail is made with tequila, triple sec, and blood orange liqueur. In the past, it’s been one of our favorites because we always find it so refreshing. We loved it again this year, too.
It’s sweet, but you can taste the alcohol at the end. It’s also cool and refreshing — the perfect summer drink.
OVERALL
Italy has so much potential, but it seems like it just often gets wasted, and we end up with food that’s okay, but nothing remarkable. This year seems to be the same, and we really wish Italy would just get it together. Maybe someday… However, the Bacetti ‘Kisses’ di Pizza might please the kids.

This pizza thing is good to know. I will be there on Labor Day and I will not be getting that. Thanks to your review. But I’m sure there’s much more there than I would love. Thanks for the review.
