Disney has been pumping out the movies lately!

From Lilo and Stitch 2 to the brand-new movie Hexed, the media conglomerate has been keeping us on our toes with tons of new entertainment. We thought they were done with new movie news for a while until they dropped the two most surprising announcements they possibly could have, and, yes, the Jonas Brothers are involved.

If you have us blindly guess what Disney’s next movie announcements would be, we really don’t think we would have come even close to guessing this news! Starting off with the one we’re the most excited about, there’s going to be a brand new Jonas Brothers movie! It’s time for the Jonas girlies to rejoice!

This new movie, titled A Very Jonas Christmas Movie, will follow the trio of Nick, Kevin, and Joe as they attempt to get from London to New York in time to spend the holiday with their families. According to Entertainment Weekly, the movie shows the brothers refusing any logistical help from their team after they finish a big gig overseas. Long story short, they face “a series of escalating obstacles” as they try to get home on their own during the holiday travel rush.

The movie features a star-studded cast that literally made us say “they’re in this?!” multiple times! You can expect to find actors like Jesse Tyler Ferguson…

… KJ Appa…

…Andrew Barth Feldman…

…Randall Park…

…Andrea Martin…

… and Billie Lourd!

You can see the full trailer for the brand new movie (which may or may not tease a wolf attack) right here. The movie was previously announced in January 2025, but we are so glad to finally have our first real look at the film. The new film will debut on November 14th on Disney+.

 

The other news Disney dropped today also caught us off guard. In their latest marketing campaign for Tron: Ares, the company has partnered with none other than YouTuber and entrepreneur Mr. Beast! 

Over on X, Disney put a handshake emoji between Mr. Beast’s name and the movie title before showing him in the ad on a red Light Cycle like we’ve seen in the film teasers. After his portion of the teaser, Disney then shared a special look at the new film, which you can watch here!

The new film debuts in theaters on October 10th, 2025, and stars Evan Peters, Gillian Anderson, Jeff Bridges, and Jared Leto. Tickets for the new film are on sale now! To celebrate the release of the film, Disney is also doing a limited-time overlay on TRON Lightcycle / Run in Magic Kingdom and TRON Lightcycle Power Run in Shanghai Disneyland.
