Pixar fans, you may be booking a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland soon! As soon as you see the concept art for this new Disney show, you’ll understand why a trip is undoubtedly on your horizon.
Disney Friends Live at the Castle at Hong Kong Disneyland
Yes, there’s a new Moana restaurant and Villains are taking over Main Street later this month at Hong Kong Disneyland, but Disney just revealed NEW concept art for an upcoming Pixar theatrical experience that we think fans will love!
Disney just revealed a new concept art photo, which gives us a look into the new immersive theatrical experience coming to Hong Kong Disneyland! At this time, there’s no timeline announced, but we do know that it’ll star some of our favorite Pixar Pals and feature at least one iconic set from Monsters, Inc.!

Based on the concept art, we can see Mike Wazowski, Sulley, and Boo on stage, as well as members of the Child Detection Agency (CDA), who not only appear on stage, but look like they’re in the audience as well! (Hmm…mysterious!) While we can see Boo’s door, as well as another door she’s holding onto, it looks like the stage as a whole could fit many different Pixar films if other set aspects were changed. We can’t wait to see what else this show brings!

Disney teased that the show will “celebrate the joy of friendship and the power of play,” so we have a feeling that this will be geared to families with young children.
