Nothing hits more than meeting a bunch of your favorite characters at Disney World! Well, we just got to be a part of a rare experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and you’re going to love it.

Have you ever heard of a Character Palooza? It’s when a bunch of characters (including RARE ones!) in training come out and interact with large groups of guests. It’s one of our favorite ways to interact with characters, because you get a bunch of them at one time. We just got to see a Character Palooza, and it was a fun time!
Sometimes we’ve caught Character Paloozas near the Hollywood Studios entrance or in front of World Showplace in EPCOT. This time, we were making our way past the gate near where Fantasmic! is shown.

We got to see a bunch of the characters who are featured in Fantasmic! Let us tell you, that’s a RARE experience that almost never happens. We got to see Stitch…

It was so special to interact with all these characters simultaneously. You often have to wait a good chunk of time to see one character at the park. It’s also rare to run into characters like Mary Poppins!
In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun!
Oh, we’re missing someone. We also got to see everyone’s favorite, Donald Duck!

So we got to interact with six characters in under 30 minutes! Since the characters are moving about, you don’t get to interact with them as long as you normally would, but they stay long enough to sign autographs and take photos. We’ve seen other Character Paloozas, and they’re always a blast!

There isn’t a way to plan to see these, which makes them so rare. Character Paloozas happen randomly. Next time you’re at the park, always keep your eyes peeled. We were lucky enough to partake in a character palooza a few days ago at Epcot, beside the American Adventure pavilion. We got to meet Smee and Big Al!
We have been very lucky with some surprise character greetings, but this one sounds so fun! Stitch! Tiana AND Prince Naveen?!?!? All of the characters were so fun to meet, no doubt. Thanks for sharing all the fun!
