Well, friends, our least favorite time of year has finally come.
The dreaded Disney World price increases have started rolling in, and we’re rounding up all the info you need to know before you plan your next trip. Disney World park tickets have increased in price yet again, and we’re breaking it down for you right here.
The price of Disney World park tickets has increased again. In 2024, the starting prices for a 1-day, 1-park ticket ranged from $109 to $164. In 2025 and 2026, the starting prices ranged from $119 to $169. Here’s a breakdown of what a 1-day, 1-park ticket costs in 2025 through October 2026*:
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom — $119-$174
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios — $139-$194
- EPCOT — $129-$194
- Magic Kingdom — $144-$199
Now, Disney has released ticket prices for November and December 2026, and you’ll be paying more to visit the parks based on these increases.
The price of a 1-day, 1-park ticket for Magic Kingdom has jumped to a new high of $209. The first day we’re seeing this increase is on November 21st, 2026 — the Sunday before Thanksgiving.
Keep in mind that Disney World ticket prices are subject to demand, meaning the price goes up on days Disney expects the parks to be busy (like holidays and special events). Some days may not change at all or even decrease.
Disney has implemented “park-specific pricing” only for 1-day, 1-park tickets. (This means that a 1-day, 1-park ticket to Magic Kingdom on a particular date may cost you MORE than a ticket to, for example, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, on that same date.) Tickets for Magic Kingdom will reach the highest levels out of all 4 parks.
Let’s look at a breakdown of what the price ranges are for a 1-day, 1-park ticket to Disney World now:
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $119-$184
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $139-$204
- EPCOT: – $129-$199
- Magic Kingdom: $144-$209
It looks like Park Hopper tickets got a price increase as well. In 2026, prices topped out at $277 for a regular, 1-day Park Hopper ticket. Starting on November 21st, 2026, the same ticket will cost $284.
The extra cost of the Park Hopper option becomes slightly less per day the more days you purchase. So, the added cost of a Park Hopper for a 10-day park ticket will be less than the added cost of a Park Hopper for a 1-day park ticket.
Now is a great time to plan a Disney World trip, with so many new experiences on the way! There are several BIG construction projects happening in Disney World, and we expect to see MAJOR progress in 2026 and beyond. We’re talking extended ride refurbishments at Big Thunder Mountain and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin (both set to open in 2026), ride closures at Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster and Dinosaur, and brand-new areas like Monsters, Inc. Land, Villains Land, Piston Peak, and Pueblo Esperanza.

I’ve never understood this kind of pricing anywhere with any company! The item, food, airline seat or park experience is the same no matter what so the price should also be the same! In the case of wdw, I think they have a lot of nerve charging more with every park and many resorts under construction and so many rides closed! But as long as people pay, companies will continue to take advantage of us!
The cost of attending is beyond the majority of one’s ability to pay. Far beyond. I am flabbergasted at the number of people who yet attend! How much debt are you in???
