Disney Reveals NEW Look at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Popcorn Bucket

A brand new holiday popcorn bucket is coming to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!

We’ve already grabbed our tickets and scoped out the merchandise we’ll be picking up for this year’s Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, but up to this point, that’s about all we know to be confirmed for this year’s party. Now, Disney’s giving us even more details about one of the hottest items we spot at the party each year, and this year’s popcorn bucket design looks like a real winner to us!

Disney just announced a whole lineup of eats and treats exclusive to one of the hottest parties of the year at Disney World. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party kicks off the holiday season at Disney World, offering a chance to experience an exclusive stage show with some of our favorite Disney pals, bold fireworks and projection display on Cinderella Castle, snoap falling on Main Street U.S.A., holiday ride overlays, and more!

If you’re gearing up for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom this holiday season and you’re a popcorn-bucket collector (or know someone who is), you’ll want to keep your eye on the new holiday release, the Holiday Christmas Tree Truck popcorn bucket. Let’s take a closer look at what makes it a must-have, and go over how to snag one without losing precious party time!

This year, instead of the usual Mickey character striking a pose, Disney’s giving us a full-on holiday scene of a popcorn bucket! It’s set in a cheerful red vintage-style truck, decked out with wreaths and holiday accents, with Mickey leaning out the window wearing a Santa hat and scarf, and Goofy in the bed of the truck lugging a decorated Christmas tree. Up on the branches you’ll also spot Chip & Dale hanging on for dear life. While this isn’t the first truck popcorn bucket we’ve seen released from Disney, it is a new look from its design in past years and we’re loving all the details you can spot all over it.

The tree itself is adorned with multi-colored light-bulb motifs, topped by a star, and the truck’s door features a wreath. The bucket comes with a themed strap featuring Mickey, Goofy, and holiday scenery. It’s almost TOO cute to shovel a whole scoop of popcorn into, but that’s what we’ve come to love about these things! Year after year Disney World’s popcorn bucket designs have been getting better, and they’ve quickly moved up in rank for a souvenir to a staple display for various seasons (especially during the holidays!)
