Something spook-tacular is coming to the Smoky Mountains, and it’s bringing pumpkins, sweet treats, and late-night fun under the stars!

2026 is shaping up to be a big year ahead for Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Between new ride announcements and even more festivals to fill the season, there’s even more to look forward to on your next visit in 2026. But if you’ve been a fan of seasonal events at Disney World like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and have been BEGGING for more, Dollywood’s adding a brand new experience next fall that you won’t want to miss!
Dollywood is about to get even more spooky next fall! The beloved Smoky Mountain theme park has just announced Harvey’s Boo Bash, a brand-new after-hours Halloween celebration debuting in October 2026 — and it already sounds like a must-do for families looking to add a little sparkle to their spooky season.

Hosted by Dollywood’s loveable pumpkin character, Harvey, this immersive, limited-capacity event will take place on October 16th, 23rd, and 30th. It’s a separately ticketed nighttime experience that runs from 9 PM to 12 AM, after Dollywood’s Harvest Festival wraps up for the day. Think of it as the perfect blend of cozy fall vibes, family-friendly Halloween fun, and that signature Dollywood warmth we all love.

Visitors attending Harvey’s Boo Bash can look forward to exclusive entertainment, themed treats, and plenty of chances to collect candy throughout the park. Many of Dollywood’s award-winning attractions and rides will stay open late, so you can ride your favorites under the stars while soaking in the autumn glow of Great Pumpkin LumiNights — which will also shine brighter than ever next year.

And of course, no Dollywood event would be complete without incredible food and merchandise! Boo Bash promises event-only snacks, sweets, and souvenirs, giving you even more reason to come hungry (and leave with a bag full of goodies).

Dollywood is also refreshing its fall lineup in 2026 with even more ways to celebrate the season. During the Harvest Festival (running September 14th through October 31st), park-goers can enjoy an all-new dance party set to upbeat music and dazzling lights, a new way to keep the fun going after sunset, and this celebration is included with your park admission! The park’s Rivertown and Market Square areas will transform into Apple Jack’s Market, celebrating everyone’s favorite fall flavor with themed decor and special apple-inspired treats. Meanwhile, the Village area will host Tassletop Junction, offering grilled corn and festive theming inspired by the harvest season’s “mighty maize marvel.”

Dollywood Parks & Resorts President Eugene Naughton summed it up best, sharing, “…this year is going to offer so many new experiences and opportunities for our guests to create lifelong memories.”

Between the debut of the park’s new NightFlight Expedition attraction and now this first-of-its-kind Halloween celebration, 2026 is shaping up to be one of Dollywood’s most exciting years yet. So, whether you’re planning your first fall visit or you make Dollywood a yearly tradition, Harvey’s Boo Bash looks like the perfect reason to head back to the Smokies. Expect pumpkins, treats, cozy fall charm, and that signature Dolly-style heartwarming fun — all wrapped up in one enchanting Halloween night.
