I’m going to be completely honest with you — this cup of free hot chocolate completely ruined hot chocolate for me the rest of the season. This magical cup of choclately goodness was the perfect amount of everything, and I was going back all night long.

Buttercream Frosted Chocolate Chip Cookie and Hot Chocolate
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is officially back in Magic Kingdom. This after-hours event features free cookies and hot chocolate, plus exclusive snacks and entertainment available only during the party. There are tons of cookie stops throughout the park that you’ll want to stop at to take advantage of the complimentary cookies and drinks.
You know how at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, there are candy trails to stock up on oodles of candy? Mickey’s Very Merry has the same premise but with prepackaged cookies and drinks. You’ll want to keep your eye out for the candy cane blow-up tubes that show you where you can get your treats. This year, there are six locations.

Treat locations!
This year, the cookie stops are at:
- Sunshine Tree Terrace
- Tortuga Tavern
- Gaston’s Tavern
- Fantasyland Train Station
- Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe
- The Lunching Pad
First, we went to The Lunching Pad, where we grabbed a red velvet cake cookie and apple cider! Warning: the apple cider is served cold.

Over at Cosmic Rays, we snagged a Buttercream-Frosted Chocolate Chip Cookie made with M&M’S Minis and a Hot Cocoa.

We’re not stopped yet because we went to Fantasyland Station to grab the Snowman-Shaped Pretzel and punch.

At Gaston’s Tavern, you can grab the Caramel Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookie. Here you can also get a cup of eggnog!

Tortuga Tavern is serving a Hot Cocoa Cookie made with DOVE Chocolate Pieces. You can pick up a cup of hot cocoa here as well.

And finally, the Buttercream-Frosted Gingerbread Cookie is found at Sunshine Tree Terrace.

The best part? You can go through the lines as many times as you like! I like to bring home cookies for the next week or so and share them with friends who haven’t been to their party yet. They come in individual packages, so they’re easy to throw into a backpack.
