We can barely contain our excitement for the return of an incredible Disney World hotel foodie event!
It’s no secret that Disney fans — us included — LOVE the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels for a plethora of reasons. These hotels offer a great location in the EPCOT Resort area and are pretty close to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Offering the same perks of Disney-owned Deluxe Resorts at a much more cost-effective price, the Swan and Dolphin have something other Disney hotels don’t — a fantastic food and wine festival!
Foodies from far and wide will be flocking to the Swan and Dolphin this week to take part in the 16th annual Food & Wine Classic!
The Classic will be held from 5 PM to 9 PM on Friday, November 14th, 2025, and Saturday, November 15th, 2025. It will feature tons of food and wine offerings, as well as a bevy of live entertainment, including main stage acts:
- The Rundown (Classic Rock and 80s Rock combined with 90s hits, contemporary pop, and country favorites)
- Live Effect (a 7-piece band covering top hits from today and yesterday)
- Stella Beat (a Latin American pop band)
In addition, Slickwood (Central Florida-based Jamgrass, Folk/Rock, Roots & Funk band) will perform at For the Love of Florida, and Claudia & Alex will perform at the Bubbles Lounge.
The themed areas this year include The Beer Garden, For the Love of Florida, Carnival Corner, The Bubbles Lounge, and Chinatown.

Bourbon Steak
- Red Wine Braised Wagyu Short Rib (Friday & Saturday) – Celery Root Espuma, Shallot Marmalade
Smokin’ D’s BBQ
- Friday: Applewood Smoked Bacon –Sweet Corn Purée, Jicama-Fennel Vinegar “Slaw”, Pumpkin Seed Romesco
- Saturday: Smoked Wagyu Beef Cheek (Smokin’ D’s BBQ) – Wagyu beef cheek with brûléed pearl onion “rings”, roasted garlic boniato foam, nearly burnt miso and ginger barbecue sauce, pomegranate pickled komachi turnip, and mizuna
Todd English’s bluezoo
- Friday & Saturday: Blue Crab Stir-Fried Rice (Todd English’s bluezoo) – Stir-fry with blue crab, Florida gulf shrimp, and tempura shitakes (Friday & Saturday)

Advance-purchase, event-only tickets allow you to enjoy unlimited food and beverage tastings on the Causeway for Friday OR Saturday night are $205.00 per person ($224.01 with tax and service fees).
A TWO-NIGHT EVENT BUNDLE ticket is also available, offering a savings of 15% off individually-priced one-night tickets. The Two-night Bundle is $369.00 per person ($403.30 with tax and service fees). Room discounts might also still be available by calling the number above. The discounted room rate is available for up to 4 days pre-event and up to 4 days post-event.
