Aurora Market is a coffee shop and market serving freshly roasted coffees (featuring made-to-order Starbucks beverages) along with grab-and-go food items.

The spot serves snacks (like croissants, paninis, wraps, salads, and more) and desserts both day and night, too. And among those desserts is GELATO, with a station that offers a dozen flavors that rotate seasonally. Unique flavors include tiramisu, cookie butter, and birthday cake, along with classics such as mint chocolate chip, vanilla, and chocolate.

Coca-Cola Freestyle machines are also available, and Refillable Stella Nova Resort souvenir mugs can also be purchased here.

You can also pick up a refillable cup here, which is $10.50 for one day, $12 for two days, or $16.50 for three days. You can also get one for your full length of stay for $19.
There is NO seating in Aurora Market. You will find some seating right outside the market in the lobby, though.
