Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina officially opened at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin (on the Dolphin side) on July 26th, 2025! The restaurant is open nightly from 5PM-11PM.
Bourbon Steak offers a reimagined modern take on the quintessential American steakhouse with premium cuts of beef and seafood infused with global flavors, along with decadent signature desserts, and world-class beverage offerings.
The Bourbon Steak Lounge also serves “handcrafted cocktails, fine wines and rare spirits.”
Chef Mina is a well-known chef who owns more than 40 restaurants worldwide and has been awarded multiple Michelin stars.
