Ah, one of my favorite pavilions! This year, the famous cheddar cheese soup returns along with the maple-glazed salmon. The sausage with sweet corn polenta is one of my favorite dishes from Le Cellier Steakhouse, so it is highly recommended. And the Nanaimo bars are a must-try. Not as good as my mom’s, but still delicious!
