The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival is an annual celebration of global cuisine in Disney World and the Eat to the Beat Concert Series is a BIG part of the Festival fun! The 2025 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival is NOW RUNNING from August 28th through November 22nd.
Get ready for eating, drinking, rockin’ & rollin’ at the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival!

Throughout the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, popular bands across all genres from the 80s, 90s, and even the 00s take the stage at the American Gardens Theater in The American Adventure Pavilion in EPCOT to share some of their greatest hits with the crowds!

These concerts are free with EPCOT admission, and take place three times nightly. Iconic bands and artists perform Fridays through Mondays, while local bands perform Tuesday through Thursday evenings.
Showtimes are: 5:30PM, 6:45PM and 8PM

IT'S WINE & DINE TIME!
Food & Wine Festival can be a bummer. You stand in line waiting for what looks like the perfect treat, and it's a bust. But fear not, dear friends, we compiled EVERYTHING you need (and the things to avoid!) to plan the ULTIMATE EPCOT Food & Wine Festival experience.
If you're planning a day or a week at the festival, we've got every performance, activity, and tasty nosh detailed out so you can make the most of your time and money. Listen, it's a tough job eating and documenting the nearly 200 bites and sips, but we do it all for YOU!
Eat to the Beat Dining Package
Dining Packages are available to pair breakfast, lunch or dinner (either a three-course meal or full buffet with a beverage — non-alcoholic or alcoholic for of-age guests — based on location) at a participating EPCOT restaurant with guaranteed priority seating for an evening show on the same date. The exception is Spice Road Table, where each guests receives 2 small plates and a nonalcoholic beverage (or alcoholic beverage for Guests 21 and older), and a shared tagine and a shared dessert platter for the table.
Please be aware that booking windows for specific dates open 60 days out. You can NOW make reservations online, through the My Disney Experience app, or by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3378.
Eat to the Beat Package Dining Times
Dining Reservation start times must be at least 2.5 hours prior to the Eat to the Beat show time. Guests dining for breakfast or lunch will have choice of concert seating for all three show times, while guests dining for dinner will have a choice of seating for one or two show times (depending upon restaurant dinner meal period start time). Guests should arrive at the America Gardens theater 15 minutes prior to the concert start time, entering through the designated package entrance.
Eat to the Beat Reserved Seating Area
The same-day reserved seating for the concert is located in the second section in the middle of the America Gardens Theatre. Please be aware that seating for this area, while guaranteed with a Dining Package reservation, is still first-come first-served for the best views. If guests are in need of accessible seating, it should be noted when making the reservation.
Eat to the Beat Dining Package Details
Feast on fabulous food for lunch or dinner! Choose from several unique eateries at EPCOT offering Eat to the Beat Dining Packages. Each package includes:
- An appetizer, entrée and dessert or one (1) full buffet (where applicable), along with a non-alcoholic beverage (or alcoholic beverage for of-age guests)
- One (1) guaranteed seat per person to an Eat to the Beat concert held on the same day
To check availability for same-day dining packages, visit Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue during the Festival. Packages are subject to availability and may not be available on peak dates.
The same-day dining packages don’t go on sale until Regal Eagle Smokehouse opens for the day — and most days that is 11:45AM, a couple hours after park open. We recommend heading to Regal Eagle as soon as you can if you want one of these packages. We have seen them sell out early in the afternoon, and cast members have told us that the amount of packages they have to sell can vary by the day, so sometimes they can be quite limited.

Eat to the Beat Dining Package Dining Time
When booking an Eat to the Beat Dining Package via the Walt Disney World website or through the My Disney Experience app, guests will select a specific showtime before choosing which restaurant they wish to reserve. (You will not be able to view the available dining times at the participating restaurants until you choose a showtime.)

Guests booking by phone (at 407-WDW-DINE/407-939-3463) may verify corresponding show times with the Cast Member they book through.
Each reservation requires a “credit card guarantee,” which means that a credit card number is required for booking. Your card won’t be charged at booking, but it will be held and charged a fee of $10 per guest on the reservation if you don’t show up for the meal or cancel up to two hours in advance.
Eat to the Beat Concert Wristband Distribution
Outside of the Dining Packages, there is another way to enjoy guaranteed seating at an Eat to the Beat concert! Guests can make a FREE reservation to visit Florida Blue Medicare Lounge in EPCOT’s Morocco Pavilion.
Florida Blue Medicare Lounge
The lounge gives out a total of 75 wristbands each day on a first-come, first-served basis for the three Eat to the Beat shows (25 per show), which will guarantee you a seat at that night’s show! Only one wristband per person is allowed per day, and on days where more popular artists are performing, we have a feeling a lot of people will be rope dropping this spot.
