Galaxy Bar and Galaxy Grill offer options for poolside dining (and sipping!) at Universal Orlando’s Stella Nova Resort Hotel!

Relaxing by the pool? Galaxy Grill is the spot where guests can grab drinks and dine on burgers, quesadillas, and salads. You’ll walk right up to the dedicated ordering window to order your food. You’ll receive a pager and when it goes off, you can head back up to pick up your meal.

Galaxy Bar is a full-service bar also serving beer and wine. Or you may opt for a galaxy-inspired cocktail like the Orion (vodka, Mandarin orange syrup, citrus-sour juice, and orange juice) or a classic beach drink like the Calypso (a frozen blend of tequila and tropical fruits). You can order your drinks at the bar or while sitting, and all of the specialty drinks come in a fun souvenir cup that you can keep!

A Coca-Cola Freestyle machine is also available, and Refillable Stella Nova Resort souvenir mugs can also be purchased here.
