UPDATED July 13, 2025
Welcome to Mead Hall, the main gathering hall in Isle of Berk!
How to Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk is part of Universal’s Epic Universe, and the land invites guests to dine in Mead Hall, “a grand chamber hewn from mountain rock” where they can “feast like a Viking and enjoy a savory menu featuring a variety of meats, fish, sandwiches, and more.”
Scandinavian-inspired dishes at this Quick Service restaurant include the Thawfest Platter and the plant-based Nordic Harvest Salad, along with desserts like Stormfly’s Catch of the Day.
Among the meads and ciders on offer is Gobber’s Mead — a boysenberry-blackcurrant mead infused with Grains of Paradise. Yaknog is also up for grabs! Universal shares that this is ” a fun drink that captures the spirit and adventure of Berk with its rich and creamy concoction of malted chocolate, cinnamon and a generous swirl of whipped cream.”
