Singapore is back in the Festival this year, and the booth is bringing a few delicious items along with it! I can’t wait to take my first taste of the coconut-braised Beef Rendang (a super-tender beef dish usually served to honor guests) with Jasmine Rice, and I’m eager to try the Singapore Sling — a drink combining cherry, pineapple, and gin first made popular at Raffles Hotel Singapore in the early 20th century.
